Abstract:
Due to the unique requirements of higher education institutions, including fund accounting, supplier diversity, and the management of grants and contracts, the traditional saving initiatives used in the private sector are not viewed as an acceptable means to reducing costs and increasing ROI in the public sector. This presentation will discuss eProcurement strategies, implementation considerations and ROI measurements that best meet distinctive requirements of higher education institutions.
