Abstract:

When the Vermont State Colleges decided to replace a 20-year-old legacy information system, the "loose confederation" of five colleges needed to become a highly collaborative organization to exploit the functionality of an enterprise information system. This presentation will review the technical and organizational challenges faced during the implementation process.
