Abstract:This presentation describes the initial phases of developing a process to identify and catalog IT initiatives for academic technology campus-wide to help UNH senior leadership set priorities, understand aggregate funding needs, and target appropriate funding streams. We will discuss the survey instrument, communication strategy, and the preliminary results of the survey.
