Today I received instructions to disable BC/MC Rate Optimization under the SSID profile, and Dynamic Multicast Optimization (DMO) under the virtual AP profile. We are currently monitoring to see if this alleviates the issue. Thanks, Jonathan MillerSenior Network AnalystFranklin and Marshall College
