At Brown, our digital signage uses a centralized product (Screencloud) but the content is not centralized at all, so our protocol/policy is mostly about the types of content and branding. We switched to Screencloud with mostly Chromeboxes and it's working well so far for our 100 signs. We have RAVE integration set up - two notes about that - you have to manually clear the alerts (I think this is the case in many products) and all screens have to be in a central group to set up alerts ...

We are transitioning to Screencloud and there was no extra charge, but I'm not sure if they have a minimum amount of signs. We started with 20 for a pilot and are increasing to over 100 this summer. Has been a great experience so far! Stephanie Obodda
