Hi Andrew, Depending on your firewall vendor, they may have an existing EDL service/feed you can leverage for your policies. We use Palo Alto networks and leverage their EDLs for malicious, high-risk IPs, etc.. Regards, Mauricio Castano Stevens Institute of Technology

Unfortunately, the default route 0.0.0.0/0 only works for traffic bound to the Internet and does not cover CIDRs for other spoke vnets/subnets as those are learned via Azure system routes and need to be overridden with user defined routes.
