I have used PacketShaper and Exinda and even thought about Exindas spin off. The products were very expensive and I kept hitting the Packet Per Second cut off even when demo'ing their highest end product. I expected that once I abandoned the Shaping world my traffic would go back to the 90's and 00's ...
