As far as ArborXR is concerned, it doesn't matter if the app is downloaded free from the Meta Store or paid with a credit card, the process for adding an Unmanaged App is the same. Hi Kris and Mike, We had the same problem last week with one of our devices, plus a second device lost controller tracking. We are also running ArborXR and had just pushed out a new managed app. A factory reset on both headsets cleared the problem. Fingers crossed for tomorrow when we turn them on ...
