E-Portfolio, General Education, and University Learning Goals: An Interview with Nicholas Schiller

In this 5 minute podcast, we feature an interview with Nicholas Schiller, Library Instruction Coordinator for Washington State University Vancouver. He presented a session at the 2007 EDUCAUSE Western Regional Conference entitlted, "E-Portfolio, General Education, and University Learning Goals".

WSU Vancouver faculty, librarians, and IT created a series of required one-credit e-portfolio courses for incoming freshman and transfer students. This presentation will cover how we selected an e-portfolio, integrated it into the courses, and used it to assess student progress toward the university learning goals.
