GNU EPrints software moves to a service-based model

Given the recent move by Research Councils UK (RCUK) to mandate open access for all funded research the open access community is bracing itself for an up-swing of popularity. In preparation, GNU EPrints have changed funding models, offering hosting, customisation, and support on a for-pay basis.
