Today I visited the Said Business School to check on the networking in preparation for our upcoming Open Source and Sustainability conference and I was blown away by the network connectivity. All the public areas were well equiped with network and power points and the lecture theatres have power and ethernet to every seat. And that's without the wireless network.

Is this kind of connectivity normal in new venues? Have I been too long in Oxford, where "new" buildings are those in brick rather than stone?
