 <title>Digital Rights Management: Tools and Applications for Implementing DRM in a Digital Ecosystem</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;This research bulletin is the second of two devoted to digital rights management (DRM). It examines the components of a DRM ecosystem model for higher education and describes where policies need to be set and what technology should be considered when implementing rights management. The first bulletin in the series describes the model, demonstrates how it can be used to structure an analysis of DRM requirements, and identifies current and potential solutions as well as the gaps and issues in supporting these requirements.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

This research bulletin discusses the challenges related to helping faculty, administrators, and technical staff balance and understand the uses and limitations of the TEACH Act, which expands the scope of educators&#039; rights to perform and display copyrighted works in digital online instruction.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
