In the first book review, Jean Kreis provides a summary of the pedalogical principles in teaching online practices to instructors that are offered in Preparing Educators for Online Writing Instruction: Principles and Processes. The second review, of Using Technology in Teaching, is also on a book of practical help to instructors in working with technology.
