Abstract:OCLC has developed open-source software to efficiently manage the process of archiving Web documents, Web pages, and entire Web sites in support of an institution's work to record its history as represented on the Web. This presentation will provide an overview of the tools and a case study on their use at UIUC.

Abstract:The Learning Solutions group at the University of Wisconsin-Madison has developed and will release as open source a simple editing/authoring framework for building specialized authoring tools that allow faculty to develop rich content for their students. This talk describes the framework and illustrates its use in several authoring tools.
