Topics include user support, e-commerce, wireless networks, strategic and financial planning for IT, instructional integration of IT, campus IT standards, campus portal plans, Web site services, and managing spam on campus networks, plus new national data about open source and ERP implementation efforts.

To realize their potential and create sustainable support models, institutions like USCS must plan strategically for the future of handhelds in campus computing environments.
