Abstract:The IST Customer Services unit was overwhelmed with issues regarding student/staff PCs being compromised by viruses, spyware, etc. We teamed up with the largest library on campus and--with no increase in staffing--greatly reduced the number of issues. This was done efficiently and effectively through education and self-help.
