Abstract:Wireless-enabled handhelds are becoming more ubiquitous--and simultaneously more challenging in terms of support and interoperability. But they also represent powerful tools for teaching and learning. To realize their potential and create sustainable support models, institutions like USCS must plan strategically for the future of handhelds in campus computing environments.
