 <title>Transitioning Learning Management Systems: Making the Move at the Enterprise Level</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;Maryland and Delaware have each had to transition to a new enterprise learning management system. Maryland moved from two separate systems to a single commercial system, while Delaware moved from one commercial system to an open source system. The presentation will compare their experiences and provide examples and lessons learned.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

 <description>Three small liberal arts colleges (Luther, St. Olaf, and Macalester) share their diverse approaches in implementing Moodle, an open-source learning management system (LMS). Using the seven elements for successful LMS transformation, they show how a learning system designed, supported, and enhanced by instructors can result in a pedagogically rich online learning environment.</description>
