This presentation reports a survey of IT priorities, metrics, policies/standards/support, and curriculum integration across American business schools. The survey results also indicate high interest in a consortium for business school IT officers.

Abstract:In 1999, California State University negotiated a 10-year accountability agreement with the California legislature to justify $250 million in technology infrastructure upgrades. CSU engages in annual, detailed data collection and reports progress against the goals of its integrated technology strategy. This panel will feature a discussion of the process and findings.
