Tired of wading through the identity and access management (IAM) vendor and open source options? Want some guidance in developing your IdM requirements and evaluating your choice?

Attend this seminar to learn more about the experience of several campuses choosing an identity and access management solution. In addition to developing an initial requirements list and proto- RFP for your institution, you'll also learn how one campus ran its selection process for their IAM solution.

This session will also offer a series of implementation case studies and conclude with a panel of experts that will help you compare and contrast selected open source and vendor options and assemble an initial list of possible solutions. Abstract:Universities are selecting more application service provider or hosted solutions. Rather than implementing the system, IT staff members instead manage vendor relationships and contracts. Effective vendor management, contract language interpretation, contract performance tracking, and vendor negotiation skills are valued in a successful outsourcing environment and will be discussed in this presentation.
