Abstract:Northeastern University has been able to maximize value delivered, reduce risk, and promote functional/IT partnerships despite limited IT resources through direct involvement of our senior executive team coupled with the use of an innovative model for articulating and comparing the value and risk of widely varied IT project investment options.
