 <title>The Promise and Performance of Enterprise Systems for Higher Education</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;In March 2001, the EDUCAUSE Center for Applied Research and Cap Gemini Ernst &amp;amp; Young initiated the largest study of enterprise resource planning (ERP) in higher education yet undertaken. Nearly 500 colleges and universities completed quantitative surveys; more than 60 faculty, students, and administrators were interviewed; and 10 institutions were profiled extensively in case studies associated with this work. This webcast will explore the results of this study.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
