Abstract:Bentley is using the OSPI (open source) e-portfolio in a variety of academic programs to track noncurricular required work. Its implementation is integral to our liberal studies major, which requires student to make connections across their courses.

Abstract:Williams College has developed a set of tools for registering and managing computers on its network. The system is geared to self-service and ease of use. The development tools are all open source (or otherwise no cost). We believe this set of applications can be used at other institutions and are in the process of taking it public as an open source application.
