Core Data Service Database with 2007 Data Now Available

CDS logoThe interactive database component of the Core Data Service has been updated with 2007 data from nearly 990 institutions. This year’s participants can now view and compare their survey responses with those of their colleagues, using special tools that provide on-the-fly, question-by-question individual data, graphs, and analysis, including a trend analysis chart comparing aggregated data for the past two years for all participants or any peer group(s) that have been created.

Core Data Survey Submission Date Extended to March 19

Core Data Service logoThe submission date for this year's Core Data Service survey has been extended to March 19. Eligible campuses are encouraged to complete the survey by this date to ensure access to the updated database service later this spring. Find out more on the EDUCAUSE Core Data Service website.

Now Available: Latest Core Data Report on Campus IT Environments

Core Data ServiceThe EDUCAUSE Core Data Service Fiscal Year 2006 Summary Report has just been released. This report summarizes data for the past fiscal year collected from more than 950 colleges and universities about their campus IT environments, practices, and policies. Respondents represent all enrollment sizes, Carnegie classes, and types of governance, as well as international institutions, providing a broad and deep view of the current IT environment in higher education. The full report can be viewed online free of charge.
