This presentation will discuss our incident and problem management design projects, including the maturation of the help desk to an ITIL service desk, the benefits of clearly distinguishing incidents and problems, and measuring process effectiveness.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

 <title>EDUCAUSE Core Data Service 2006 Results</title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;This session will summarize the highlights from the 2006 EDUCAUSE Core Data Service survey data. These analyses will identify key findings, important trends, and similarities and differences across different types of institutions. This year more than 940 institutions participated in this collaborative effort.
