Abstract:Academic libraries are morphing to meet the dynamic needs of the millennial student; the distinctions between library and IT organizations are blurring. At Plymouth State University by fall 2006, IT User Support Services will relocate to the library and become a critical component of a new, integrated service mode built around a learning commons.
