Over the past two years, the IT Marketing and Communications group at Rice University has actively searched for new methods to reach undergraduates. We ask students how they want to hear from us. Then we extrapolate the feedback we gather to guide our campaigns to reach the entire undergraduate population.

Abstract:Indiana State University created five "technology infomercials" for students. These infomercials were distributed on CD and DVD, streamed online, and played on the campus TV network. They covered the areas of copyright, help desk, residence hall computing, an overview of IT resources on campus, and wireless computing.
