Abstract:

In a collaborative effort to increase user effectiveness, Northern Illinois University staff from several divisions combined efforts to provide integrated assistance for students and faculty using Blackboard. This session outlines the structure of our collaboration and shares strategies for communicating among agencies to provide optimal services for all user levels.
