The Federal Government is building the technical and policy infrastructure for PKI interoperability to support common, national digital signature processes for citizens, business, and government. This session will describe the policy and technical framework for PKI through the Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA) and the Federal Access Certificates for Electronic Services (ACES) PKI programs.
