This process involves the development of a deep relationship in which both parties learn basic skills, learn to communicate effectively with each other, and, most importantly, learn to trust each other. In recent years I have had the opportunity to view the concept of leadership from a different perspective -- through the canine sport of Agility with my dog Ivy.
