Rich Baraniuk

After lunch, participants gathered for the next general session, entitled:  How to Select and Deploy Learning Technology.  The session was split into two twenty minute halves.  The first went to Rich Baraniuk, a professor of Computer and Electrical Engineering at Rice University.
