| Abstract: | This comprehensive training program is designed to teach staff members the basic computing skills and knowledge necessary to provide efficient and effective technical computing support within their departments at the University of Virginia. This intensive series of six 3-hour workshops requires a 24-hour time commitment and offers the opportunity to obtain certification through passing a comprehensive exam. The program was designed and developed by ITC Departmental Computing Support and ITC Training Services with the help of ITC instructors from Computing Support Services division. |
