| Abstract: | This paper discusses how the AN-MSI Project and dot.edu can provide the infrastructure and expertise necessary to assist the MSIs to become involved in the area of e-learning (including web-enhanced, hybrid or blended, and/or distance education courses). Utilizing the EASP model, the MSIs can create a distributed learning environment for e-learning that will maximize their resources, level the playing field between the MSIs and non-MSIs, provide equitable access, provide a greater return on their investment and truly provide education anytime, anywhere, at any pace, to anyone. |
