Abstract:Six years of developing and evaluating course Web projects have produced a model for student-centered learning that is enhanced by technology without requiring advanced technical skills by either students or instructors. The underlying principles and factors for success for this approach will be discussed. Practical guidelines and support materials for the approach will be distributed.
