| Abstract: | In 1994 Penn State University appointed a team to develop an interactive advising system to supplement student/adviser relationships. Over the years this initiative has evolved into a comprehensive, Web-based application called eLion (elion.psu.edu). This session will review how Penn State embraces a collaborative teamwork environment, which has been the key to eLion's success. | |
