| Abstract: | Social workers have to deal with very complex problem situations. We used IT to develop a model of learning with cases. Case histories with their solutions are stored in a database that forms a body of knowledge. Sharing knowledge with other students takes place in a virtual learning community and an e-learning environment. | ||||
