| Abstract: | UC Davis is developing a platform-independent, open-source communications package (OpenRCT) that provides a multimedia, multilingual (UNICODE-compliant) tool for synchronous and asynchronous collaboration. OpenRCT runs on Windows, MacOS-X, and LINUX/UNIX. It is being used for language courses, virtual office hours, distributed discussions, and other applications. | |
