Abstract:To meet the changing needs and expectations of our users, the Penn State University Libraries are building a suite of Web-based services, including synchronous and asynchronous reference, by working with vendors to support services across system platforms. The project incorporates several methodologies to assess outcomes, user satisfaction, and performance evaluation.
