Abstract:Federal law permits the use of electronic records in place of paper records in many business and consumer transactions. The speakers will discuss what the relevant state and federal laws mean, how to assess transactions on your campus in light of their requirements, how they impact campus culture and IT policy, and how to implement these provisions as simply, effectively, and easily as possible.
