Abstract:

Change management is one of the most overly articulated and yet rarely used management systems today, especially in university distributed computing environments. We will demonstrate how R25, an event management system, was repurposed to capture change details about upgrades, migrations, and so on across complex interdependent technologies throughout the Emory enterprise infrastructure.
