| Abstract: | North Carolina State University has implemented a disaster recovery and business continuity program for centralized computing. The program has also expanded to encompass the entire university. This workshop will explain NCSU's process and provide a template for developing and implementing a program for any academic environment. Common pitfalls and challenges will be addressed. | |
