| Abstract: | Hosted by UConn's IT PM Office and at least one other institution, we will share how to develop collaborative IT project managers. We will focus on changing from a traditional organization of technical project managers to an organization with well-rounded project managers who have additional leadership, administrative, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. |
