| Abstract: | Juniata College has implemented a student-directed IT support program. Juniata students serve as managers for vital IT services such as the Web, graphic arts, video production, AV services, computer labs, and training. Accordingly, Juniata has increased the educational opportunities available to students and vastly improved its IT support capabilities. | |
