Abstract:Public key infrastructure (PKI) technology addresses many of higher education's increasingly urgent needs for cyber security. This session presents a vision for PKI enabling strong and universal digital authentication, signing, and encryption applications in higher education and describes Dartmouth's production deployment as a practical example of PKI at work.
