Abstract:The Internet can offer tremendous benefits to students with disabilities, or it can present terrible barriers. We will discuss and demonstrate assistive technology that people with various disabilities use to access Web content. We will review Web accessibility guidelines, propose design solutions, and discuss evaluating your Web site for accessibility.
