| Abstract: | This presentation is from the 2004 Net@EDU Annual Member Meeting. Peer-to-peer file sharing remains a hot topic in higher education. This session will review several examples of how campuses and the entertainment industry are attempting to address the situation. In particular, Penn State's pilot project with Napster and its authenticated Lionshare file-sharing application will be discussed. | ||
