| Abstract: | The Center for Internet Security (CIS) toolkit is available free to EDUCAUSE institutional members for the campus community for both system and personal computer use. The toolkit includes benchmarks and scanning tools for Windows NT/2000/XP, Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Cisco, and Oracle. This session will describe how to use the tools to assess and measurably improve the security configuration status of college and university IT systems and networks. | |
