| Abstract: | The federal government's Internet Crime Complaint Center (I3C) tackles a range of criminal schemes on the Internet, including spam, phishing, spoofed or hijacked bank accounts, cyber extortion, computer intrusions, and economic espionage. To address the rapidly changing face of crime on the Internet, however, the I3C needs the cooperation of industry and partnerships with academia. |
