Brad Wheeler

Dr. Brad Wheeler is the Indiana University Vice President for IT & CIO and Dean of IT with responsibility for all of the university’s highly leveraged IT services for the eight campuses. Prior to becoming the CIO, he held several roles as the Assoc Dean for Teaching and Learning IT, AVP for Research Computing, and AVP for Community Source Initiatives. He currently serves in leadership roles for over $20M of shared university investments in open source software and serves on the board of the Sakai Foundation and chairs the Kuali Foundation Board. As a Professor of Information Systems at IU's Kelley School of Business, he has taught MBA courses in Executive Leadership of IT Strategy and e-business/e-learning courses for corporate/academic audiences in 26 countries on six continents.
