Judith A. Pirani

Judith A. Pirani is a research fellow at the EDUCAUSE Center for Applied Research (ECAR) and president of Sheep Pond Associates. Her expertise focuses on educational technology issues, providing market research and best practices case studies. At ECAR Ms. Pirani has authored several research studies, including Information Technology Networking in Higher Education: Campus Commodity and Competitive Differentiator, Supporting E-Learning in Higher Education, and Wireless Networking in Higher Education. In addition, she conducts qualitative research and authors case studies, road maps, and key findings in support of ECAR research studies.
